Located in the picturesque district of Viganello in the municipality of Lugano, in the canton of Ticino, these four buildings, composed of 5 levels and built in the 1970s, consist of 12 apartments each (from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms). 55 parking spaces complete the all.

We marketed these 4 companies to qualified investors and the sale was successfully completed after lengthy negotiations.
